We are considered an “out-of-network” provider, meaning we are not directly contracted with any insurance company at this time nor do we bill health insurance companies directly. This is a GOOD thing for you. This ensures that we are able to focus on what is important to you without being dictated by what the insurance company thinks is best. This also allows for a significantly improved quality of 1-on-1 individualized care with a doctor of physical therapy, rather than being thrown around to a different therapist, therapist assistant, or therapy aide on every visit. This translates to our clients getting better in a faster and more efficient manner, saving you time and hassle.
Not necessarily. Although we take payment directly from our clients, we do provide what is called a “Superbill” for you to personally submit a claim to your health insurance company for financial reimbursement of services. What you receive in reimbursement varies by health plan and your specific policy, however it can be upwards of 90%. Check what your health insurance “out-of-network” benefits are for your specific plan.

All treatment administered by Revolution Performance is individualized based on your history, current presentation/symptoms, and your goals. Typically, you can expect some form of hands-on treatment and/or assessment to reduce pain, correct mobility limitations, or both. Following this, the short-term benefit is reinforced for long term change through corrective exercises that target the involved body tissues and correcting the true cause of your symptoms or concerns. For both the hands-on and corrective exercise portions of the treatment, there are endless options. Dr. Queen will give you options based on your specific situation along with a risk/benefit analysis of each during a thorough discussion with you - allowing you to choose before proceeding. Examples of popular treatment techniques include cupping therapy, taping therapy, soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and dry needling. You will then be given a personalized movement program to complete outside of our supervised treatment sessions to help keep your symptoms under control and your recovery process on track to meet your specific goals. Dr. Queen will be available to you for any questions outside of these sessions via phone or e-mail at any time for your convenience.
