How Can "Physical" Therapy Be Effective Over Telehealth?

The COVID-19 pandemic has created an increased demand for goods and services to be delivered via virtual platforms and physical therapy is no exception. The pandemic pushed some regulations to allow physical therapy in a variety of settings to be delivered through telehealth means where they previously were not. With the increased awareness, I hear skeptics that wonder how such a traditionally "hands-on" profession such as physical therapy can be effective in this format.
